This is pretty neat and LOONG!!
Well, since we have been talking about this moving scenario I almost immediately started to look for somewhere to live in the NOVA area. It is very true what they say the cost living is expensive, so expensive that I did not think we would be able to find somewhere to live. I mean that as literally as you see the words on the page. I studied the map of the area, I mean really, every day. I started to look out of the "heart" of the NOVA area and look in other cities where the drive would not be horrible for Aaron to make every morning, and also where the price of homes were a little bit affordable, well...I found it. A colleague of Aaron's was wondering about the status of Aaron's job in NOVA and Aaron told him he had not interviewed for it at that point. Aaron's buddy told him he had a friend who was an agent and his buddy shot his agent friend a email telling her about our situation. She contacted us immediately. She sent us emails of homes to look at in the areas we were most interested in, and she sent us over 40 homes to thumb thru. Well, the day before we went up to NOVA we narrowed it down to 7 homes . This past Tuesday was the day we drove up, the plan was to go check out the homes in the 7 neighborhoods and just get a feel for the neighborhood and the homes in person. Well, from driving around looking at the the homes/neighborhoods we narrowed it down to 3...hahaha! For me finding the "right" house was the house itself, if it fit the needs of our family size related. The neighborhood, if it was safe, family friendly etc., the area surrounding the neighborhood and that is exactly why we narrowed it down to 3. The following day, we met with our agent which was Wednesday to actually go look at the inside of the homes. The first two homes were pretty much in the same neighborhood, one was bigger than the other but we both wanted to check them out. The first one had a very cozy feel to it. The feel and the size of it. The second, we had already really liked we just wanted to go inside of it. The third one actually turned out to be a foreclosure and people trash those before they leave them, don't know why, but they do. Also the third I was not a huge fan of the area surrounding it so..it was not a option for me. Aaron liked it until we went inside and saw how much work it needed. So #2 was the home we really liked. It was spacious, definitely room for us to grow, in a older more established VERY family friendly, dog friendly neighborhood. WE REALLY LIKED it. We wanted to go back to the house and look at it again and decided that was the one. =) The owner was out of town so we actually hung out for a second making some calls and running some numbers. While Aaron and the agent were doing that, I took the girls for a walk, it was very nice. I was getting the feeling of feeling very at home there. The owner was a grandmother/teacher who wanted to sell her home she raised her 3 children in to be closer to her 6 grandchildren. Her agent wanted her to price her home higher because she felt it was worth more but the owner priced it to sell quickly so she could be closer to her grandchildren asap. We decided we would offer her full price but we wanted her to pay for our closing. We didn't think it would fly because she had already priced her home lower than what she wanted too. Well, we actually ended up going back to the sellers agent's office to print off our contract and give it to the sellers agent in person. The girls fell asleep in the car so just Aaron went inside. Inside as they were trying to pull up the email to print the contract off, The sellers agent fell in LOVE with my husband. She said that Aaron reminded her so much of her grandson and he had such a sweet family with 3 little girls and another on the way. :) Aaron said she hugged him 5 times before they left. =) Well once the contract was printed, papers were signed to submit it the sellers agent. The Sellers agent called the seller (because she was out of town) and verbally told her the offer over the phone. The seller was not really up to paying for our closing BUT the sellers agent started to advocate for us saying what a sweet family Aaron has and how great he was etc. etc. I mean seriously...it can't get any better than this. So the seller says okay...fine. I'll do it. haha. :) God is good. So, Aaron, our agent, the sellers agent and another agent are all sitting at the table chatting it up going over paper work making friends. Incredible how the Lord works. We also found out that our agent , we were her first clients. Which was why it was a LOOONG day. The sellers agents were going over things in the paper work with our agent that she did not either fully understand because like I was saying we were her first clients. It was like the sellers agents were on our side helping us out, rooting for us. It was so crazy, how everything went down. It was amazing. We absolutely had nothing to do with it we just saw something we liked and was hoping for the best and ultimately trusting in God. I knew if this was not the house for us God would definitely reveal that to us. So at the end of the day and ALL in the same day we found a house we really liked, submitted a contract and it was verbally accepted and we were done. The sellers agent also lives in the same area and was telling Aaron all about the different activities they have for kid's and families in the community. It was really cool. So the next day the owner signed the contract and now Aaron goes back this week for the inspection and we close on the 29th of this month. FAST....I know. I would never imagine things working out the way that they did but I'm sure glad God worked them out in the way he did. So please pray...... we did have a woman come buy and look at the house last night not sure if she was interested but it's encouraging somebody is interested in at least viewing it.

Montclair,Va~

This is a picture of our NEW house.......If all goes well with the inspection next week and the apprasial which we feel very confident that it will. WE will be moving in our new HOME at the end of this month.~
I will dive into the story more when I have more time, I just wanted to update my blog. REALLY, this was the smoothest most non~stressful process as far as buying a house is concerned. THE LORD "REALLY" worked out the the most intricate details of this process to the "T" and as smooth as can be. :) Please pray our house in Hampton Roads sells or rents rather quickly.... To BE CONTUNIED........

Our 3 girls.....
These Pictures were taken a while ago and I just saved them to my drafts. Today we are in Northern Va. looking for a place to live and I think we have found something. I'm sitting in the car while Aaron is talking about business/financial matters with the agents inside the building etc. SoOOOOO I figured I would update my blog while I have a moment to spare. We put a contract on a house and we will see what happens. If this is THE Lord's will for our family or not, his WILL be DONE, of course. :) My girls are in the row behind~ all 3 of them, The Sleeping Beauties they are. I love them soooooo much! My heart soars just thinking about how much Love I have in my heart for them. I understand just a smidge how God feels for me. It is an incredible/unbelievable feeling that I've been seriously BLESSED to experience. AND.....if you scroll down you will see why and how I could feel that way. it is really quite easy. LOOK at their faces. ( heart melting) I know a little sappy but I LOVE MY GIRLS !!!!!! It's a UNDENIABLE~UNCONDITIONAL LOVE~
